Technical Account Manager (Moulded Pulp)

• Coordinate and handle national and international packaging projects in cooperation with brand owners, machine and material suppliers
• Work closely with manufacturing, sales and marketing teams to align packaging concepts with business goals and customer expectations
• Need to be able to understand customer needs and translate them into technical language inside of MM Moulded Pulp
• Need to understand the limitations and possibilities of the technologies and are willing to overcome obstacles and to find alternatives with a customer centric mindset
• Act as the technical point of contact for MM Moulded Pulp customers
• Act strongly as a wing-person for Sales
• Project management and follow ups are a key task
• Present results to stakeholders
• Steer and drive decisions within project teams and decision makers
• Work with a variety of different customers in diverse projects across all product categories
• Plan and moderate innovation and development workshops
