What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Experience in a technical, client‑facing role – supporting clients with complex systems or SaaS products.
- Strong analytical and technical mindset – translating business needs into clear technical requirements, specifications, and system recommendations.
- Fluent English communication skills – confidently lead client calls, explain technical topics in a business‑friendly way, and work with international stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with technical tools – comfortable working with SQL, system logs, basic data analysis, and understanding software development workflows.
- Client‑centric approach – proactively identify risks, manage expectations, and act as a trusted technical advisor for your clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, PropTech, CAFM, or operational systems.
- Familiarity with GIT workflows, UAT testing, or manual exploratory testing.
- Experience working with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical partner for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business processes and system usage to proactively guide technical decisions.
- Independently deliver high‑quality technical specifications and recommendations that drive effective system changes and product enhancements.
- Lead and coordinate feature rollouts, integrations, and system changes, ensuring seamless implementation and strong client adoption.
- Ensure consistently high UAT quality, enabling clients to efficiently validate solutions and directly improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Product and Technology teams.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6–12 Months
- Act as a trusted technical partner for assigned clients.
- Deliver high‑quality technical specifications and recommendations.
