Technical Account Manager, AWS Enterprise Support CEE

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers. You’ll have a direct impact on helping customers gain the most value from cloud technology, crafting and executing strategies to drive adoption of AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT and many more.

Key responsibilities:

  • You’ll build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Leverage your technical acumen and customer obsession to drive discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
  • Consult with partners from developers to C‑suite executives.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  • With a bias for action, proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly & quarterly metrics, and pre‑launch planning.
  • Solve a variety of problems across customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud.
  • Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, immersion days, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Experience in technical engineering.
  • Fluency in Russian language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in a technical lead role within an internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment.
