Technical Account Manager at Lenovo

This Technical Account Manager (TAM) role is part of our dynamic EMEA team and focuses on ensuring exceptional satisfaction with Lenovo’s server and storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned enterprise customers, building trust‑based relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Lenovo support teams and partners to resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues.
  • Conduct regular hardware and firmware health checks and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead service delivery reviews and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with higher‑level Lenovo support to deliver root cause analyses and continuous improvement.
  • Support customers in adopting best practices for infrastructure management and compliance.
  • Document and track service delivery metrics, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and support Lenovo quality initiatives across the region.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven technical expertise in server and storage hardware (Lenovo or comparable platforms).
  • Experience supporting large enterprise customers in a multi‑country environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, solution‑oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional EMEA languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, multicultural setting.
  • Familiarity with cloud, AI architectures or IT service management frameworks is preferred.

Compensation

Applicable for Slovak candidates only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.650 EUR. The final offer could be negotiated higher than the advertised minimum and includes a variable bonus valued at 12% of annual earnings.
