responsibilities :


  • Lead exploratory conversations with clients regarding Conversions API.
  • Advise clients on necessary events and parameters for the Conversions API resilience score.
  • Assist developers in deploying server-to-server web requests.
  • Conduct JSON request audits and monitor request ingestion on clients advertising platform, providing feedback for improvements.
  • Foster client relationships through effective communication and expectation setting.
  • Strategize, implement, and manage online ad campaigns for advertisers across multiple verticals.
  • Ensure campaigns stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage campaign calendars and set cadences for reporting.
  • Strive for 100% quality execution through quality assurance and testing.
  • Troubleshoot platform/tool issues related to ad serving and delivery.
  • Perform audience creation, data management, and troubleshooting.
  • Suggest improvements on campaign processes and tools.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and perform automated monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Provide screenshots to showcase ad viewability.
  • Generate various reports, including daily budget delivery, weekly trends, end-of-campaign reports, custom reports, keyword analysis, and campaign wrap-ups.

requirements-expected :


  • Proficiency in Portuguese (European) or Spanish or German or French.
  • 3-5 years of experience in tag implementation and troubleshooting analytics/conversion pixel setups.
  • Experience with tag and feed management systems.
  • Experience with JSON and Postman API.
  • Background in e-commerce or lower funnel campaign management and strategy.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and SQL.
  • 2+ years of full-time experience in a digital agency or client services environment.
  • Proven skills in digital campaign management, including processing, trafficking, and performance monitoring against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with client services and technical services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize work independently and adapt to changing client demands.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and client-facing skills.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
