DolarApp is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition professional to build world‑class Engineering and Data functions. You will work hand in hand with the founders and the TA team to execute roles, improve recruitment, and attract, hire, and retain top talent. This critical role has global reach and opportunity to build something amazing from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Hire A‑players: collaborate with co‑founders and executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent worldwide, and create hiring playbooks.
- Act like a founder: go beyond scope, take ownership, and get hands‑dirty in line with DolarApp’s DNA of doing whatever it takes to win.
- Build recruitment KPIs: monitor data and make informed hiring decisions.
- Scale the Talent team: eventually hire additional recruiters to support growth.
- Scope, plan, and execute people and talent programs in partnership with the other Talent Lead to support future growth.
What You’ll Need
- Proven track record hiring R&D for a hyper‑growth technology startup (+$1B valuation) across Europe and/or LATAM.
- Excellent sourcing toolkit; preference for agency or sourcer background.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting stakeholder and candidate relationships.
- High EQ; able to understand candidate motivations and assess cultural fit, sell DolarApp mission, and provide world‑class experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and due diligence in managing candidate funnel.
- Resourceful: leverage LinkedIn and current team network to source candidates.
- Team player, relentless drive, and proven closing track record.
