responsibilities :
Leading workshops with control experts to advance project deliverables in alignment with the project plan
Organizing and running meetings with key stakeholders to review user requirements and provide guidance on functional changes
Preparing detailed change impact analysis documentation to support project decisions
Actively participating in shaping the Work Stream vision and translating it into clear deliverables
Ensuring accurate tracking of changes and securing approvals from all relevant stakeholders
Applying risk management best practices to control design within the technology framework
Running governance and approval processes across the 3 Lines of Defence model
Presenting key outcomes and updates at project and governance forums
Collaborating with technology, compliance, and business teams to ensure adherence to operational resilience requirements
Producing concise reports and presentations as needed to communicate risk insights and control strategies
requirements-expected :
Advanced experience in risk and controls, particularly within technology environments
Strong expertise in IT project management and software delivery lifecycles
Familiarity with Non-Financial Risk or Control processes in large financial institutions
Proven track record of leading control design impact analyses and workshops
Knowledge of operational resilience regulatory principles (e.g., PRA S1/21, DORA)
Strong understanding of technology architecture, risk, and control frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO27001)
Highly developed consulting skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex settings
Fluent English
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
Experience in risk management or control design within a global or regional matrix environment
Background in Management or Risk Consulting (preferably Big 5 experience)
Proven ability to influence diverse teams and lead cross-functional initiatives
Flexibility and adaptability to manage varying tasks and swiftly transition between responsibilities
