We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter / Sourcer with a strong focus on AI-powered sourcing to identify and engage top talent for Engineering, Product, Support, and administrative roles. The role involves utilizing advanced sourcing tools alongside traditional methods and conducting initial screening stages in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and talent engagement
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to align sourcing efforts with hiring goals
• Conduct initial recruitment screening to identify the best candidates for the role
• Use creative outreach methods, including advanced Boolean search and market mapping
• Report on sourcing performance and optimize strategies based on data analytics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT/R&D recruitment with a strong focus on screening and sourcing techniques
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven sourcing tools
• Proficient in traditional sourcing tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish or Russian is a plus
