We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Drupal to drive the technical vision of modern eCommerce solutions for a fleet management project.
In this role, you will shape the system architecture, lead and mentor development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery within cloud-based environment. The team will be responsible for designing and developing a new Website Factory platform, as well as supporting migration and system integration initiatives. A key part of the role will involve migrating the backend from WordPress to Drupal. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with close collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in Drupal-based projects
- Strong expertise in Drupal (multisite, multilingual, headless, custom modules)
- Solid knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API-based integrations
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2-3 days a week
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
