Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our Engineering Team, take the helm of the project, and communicate with the Client, while also contributing hands-on to the codebase.

What do we expect from you?
- Min. 8 years of commercial experience in software development
- At least 2 years’ experience in leading development teams or projects
- Must have commercial experience working in Next.js
- Must have an extensive knowledge of Typescript, React, and Node.js
- English at min. B2+ level
- Fluent knowledge of Polish (C1 or native)
- Technical university degree would be an asset
- Good communication skills are a must
- Experience in React Native is a plus
- Self motivation, willingness to learn new things and positive attitude to change
- Teamwork skills
