The Storage Infrastructure team builds and manages infrastructure to ensure the reliability and scalability of Asanas online user data systems such as databases and search. You will collaborate with a team that supports Asana’s core data infrastructure, empowering all user workflows, AI features, and offline analytics. This role offers the chance to deliver critical impact and take full ownership while working closely with partner teams. As Asana scales rapidly, the team provides opportunities to design and build complex engineering systems at scale, utilizing industry best practices and innovative solutions.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. Position Overview
As the Technical Team Lead for our Storage Infrastructure team, youll serve as both a hands-on technical expert and a technical leader, guiding a team of engineers in building and scaling our distributed storage systems. While this role focuses on technical leadership rather than people management, youll be instrumental in technical decision-making, project execution, and mentoring team members.
What we’ll offer
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 37,000 PLN - 47,000 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
