Project Overview

Team

This is an early stage of engagement, so the successful candidate will be one of the first team members from the DataArt side. Teams are led by client representatives.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior/Tech Lead Python Developer to join our team. The role focuses on modernizing and rebuilding an existing on-premise application into a state-of-the-art modern web application using React. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the team to design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop software, automated tests, documentation, and related processes to meet and exceed the requirements of stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders to establish, refine, and document application functional and non-functional requirements for new and existing solutions.
• Support solutions through their lifecycle of testing, deployment, operation, user training, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and Agile development best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Pandas.
• Familiarity with Terraform or CDK or CloudFormation or SAM or Serverless.
• Expertise in AWS services, emphasizing serverless architecture and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating across various teams to address diverse business, code, and data-related challenges.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team to achieve objectives.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including the capacity to analyze and explain complex business processes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience in cloud migration, architecture design, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
