What we need from you:
- At least 5+ years in software development, including 3+ years in leadership roles (e.g., Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Team Leader).
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and managing team dynamics.
- English proficiency at B2+ (we use it in our daily work).
Specific requirements for the ideal candidate:
- Proficiency in Python or another leading programming language (e.g. Node, PHP, Javascript/Typescript, Ruby, C#)
- Solid understanding of software architecture, systems design, and cloud platform (AWS).
- Experience with DevOps practices: TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (React, VueJS, Angular) for effective collaboration.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Clickup.
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Miro, Figma, and Google Workspace to enhance communication and teamwork.
Leadership and Optimization:
- Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Ability to analyze metrics and optimize workflows for processes like deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in roadmap planning and improving team productivity through data-driven insights.
Nice to have:
- Experience in legacy system modernization and managing technical debt.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS).
