Our client is a leading SaaS provider driving innovation in the insurance technology space! Our client is renowned for transformative software solutions, enhancing critical functions like policy management, claims, and reinsurance. With over 20 years of expertise, they’re pushing boundaries through a state-of-the-art Cloud Native platform, backed by a new competence center in Warsaw.

As a Tech Lead .NetCore , youll lead and mentor multiple engineering teams in delivering cutting-edge products. This pivotal role involves guiding technical strategy, ensuring timely project delivery, and promoting engineering excellence through best practices in development, testing, and security.

Our client’s platform team uses a robust tech stack, including C#, Java/Kotlin, MS SQL Server, Azure services (DevOps, Blob Store, Service Bus), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Currently evolving a sophisticated monolithic system into modern distributed services, their goal is a fully cloud-native, event-driven architecture that can scale elastically to meet customer demands.

About the role:

• Oversee software engineering teams, aligning development with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career development for team members.
• Drive high performance, innovation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Uphold the "you build it, you run it" philosophy, where engineers take ownership of the code from writing to monitoring.
• Lead in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment with teams organized by product and platform, operating in two-week sprints.

Your experience:

• 6+ years in software development, 4+ with .NET Core, and 3+ in leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficiency with .NET (C#), Java/Kotlin, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
