We are looking for a Tech Lead/Manager to lead a small team (4 to 5 people) of experienced engineers. TLM at Kalepa is a blend of hands-on software engineering and leadership. The candidate needs to be able to dive deep into problems, effectively delegate responsibilities, grow and develop talented engineers, and cultivate a results-driven, high-performance culture.
