• Shape and lead the technical architecture for enterprise AI solutions built with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI
• Conduct and lead technical design sessions, ensuring alignment with cloud-native and responsible engineering principles
• Oversee integration of AI agents with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform environments
• Define best practices and enforce architectural guidelines for performance, compliance, and scalability
• Act as a hands-on technical mentor, providing guidance throughout implementation and uplifting team capabilities
• Champion responsible AI practices, embedding traceability, transparency, and bias mitigation across solutions

• 5+ years of experience in data and automation architecture using Microsoft technologies
• Proven success in designing and leading Generative or Agentic AI solutions, including client-facing value articulation and pricing
• Deep hands-on expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, cloud design patterns, and DevOps practices
• Track record of delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Solid grasp of advanced AI topics such as multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, and autonomous agent systems
