responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of deep learning and LLM-based solutions that automate common Service Desk tasks
Build integrations with external systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise platforms using Python
Define technical direction and ensure high engineering standards across the team
Mentor developers and support their technical growth
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions
Work within the Cognitive and Robotics team in Cloud Infrastructure Services, sharing knowledge and experience with consultants, SMEs, and architects globally
requirements-expected :
Strong background (education or proven experience) in machine learning, software engineering, and solution delivery.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
Fluency in Python and strong experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
Proven capability in technical leadership: guiding implementation, conducting code/design reviews, mentoring, and setting best practices.
Experience with API integrations and enterprise system integrations (REST, event-driven patterns, authentication/authorization).
Experience shaping architecture for maintainability, scalability, observability, and security (incl. logging, monitoring, performance).
Ability to translate business needs into technical scope, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
