We are growing rapidly and therefore expanding our IT team. This team will empower the European business -Alliance Automotive Group. The Krakow team will work with our stakeholders across Europe, especially in Netherlands where AAG Digital Operations group is located.
As a Teach Lead you will be an integral part of our growing eCommerce team and be responsible for technical aspects and execution of one of our scrum teams. The successful candidate will work daily implementing with team innovative solutions in our Composable Commerce set up with headless SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris APIs, Angular Spartacus Frontend, multiple ERP downstream and upstream systems, Elastic search and Informatica PIM and others key components of our composition. In this role in cooperation with other tech leads and architect you will be responsible for the shape of our architecture with a focus on our ecommerce client facing components. Those solutions you will deliver with your scrum team of frontend developers, backend developers and quality engineers.
responsibilities :
Design reusable ecommerce solution with other tech leads and architect (20% of time) to drive further transition towards more microservice approach
Design, develop, and maintain highly reusable ecommerce solution by yourself (hands on 40% of time) and with other team members and CI/CD automation around it
Lead the technical execution of scrum team of frontend developers, backend developers and quality engineers (10%)
Mentor and support technical growth of the team members (10%)
Collaborate with stakeholders both technical and from business side (20%)
Actively participate in user testing, incorporating feedback into design revisions to improve user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure seamless design delivery
Keep current with the latest trends and technologies, integrating new ideas as needed to innovate and maintain product competitiveness
Code Quality: making use of and contributing to the Git branching model, code reviews, coding standards, unit tests, and documentation
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
At least 10 years’ experience in software development and at least 2 years of experience in tech lead or architect role (or similar)
Good knowledge of programming languages – Java and Java Script, at least one of them, preferable both
Experience in Web Applications with Spring and Angular frameworks (or at least one of them or similar)
Experience in both monolithically and full microservice environments – architecture and implementation (experience in breaking monolith into microservices will be a big plus)
Knowledge of cloud solutions (Google, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
Practical knowledge about CI/CD solutions (preferably Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
Knowledge of software design and architectural patterns
Experience in leading small team of engineers
Experience in ecommerce solutions will be a big plus
Experience in SAP Hybris and/or Spartacus will be a plus
