About the Opportunity:

As part of our continued growth in the Automotive sector, we are seeking Senior Software Developers / Technical Leads to join our expanding team in Krakow, Poland. You will contribute to the development of next-generation automotive systems in the era of autonomous driving and connected vehicles.

This role is embedded within the Infotainment Software Download team, working on a cutting‑edge platform built on Qualcomm SoCs, with QNX serving as the hypervisor and Android Automotive as the operating system. This is a modern, high‑performance environment ideal for engineers passionate about embedded systems and automotive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software components for automotive infotainment systems, especially the software download component.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Android Automotive and QNX‑based solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.
• Contribute to system architecture, design decisions and performance optimization.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven track record in embedded systems development in Automotive domain
• Deep domain expertise with software download and infotainment systems
• Strong expertise with UDS over DoIP
• Strong expertise in C++ and Linux
• Deep understanding of Android Automotive architecture
• Experience with QNX and hypervisor environments
• Leadership potential or experience in guiding technical teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Krakow, Poland.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills:

• Knowledge with vbf scripts
• Software download for Android and QNX systems based on Qualcomm architecture
