About the project
At Pretius, we are looking for an Tech Lead C++ to a project in the financial industry, international team.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, high-performance software features.
- Mentor and guide team members, accelerating their technical growth and ensuring high productivity.
- Act as a technical authority, driving architectural and design discussions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional groups including Product, QA, DevOps and other engineering teams.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, performance optimization, and robust multithreaded solutions.
- Drive improvements in development workflow, code quality, and system reliability.
- Take initiative in exploring and adopting new technologies across the team’s tech stack.
Our requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on C++ development experience (modern C++ preferred).
- Solid understanding of Linux-based systems and experience developing in a Linux environment (user level).
- Proven experience delivering complex, production-level features end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and step beyond comfort zones (including Python, AWS, Go).
Optional
- Experience with Go and/or Python and with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible).
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience building applications in cloud/SaaS environments, especially AWS serverless architectures.
- Experience in fullstack development, including REST APIs and modern frontend technologies.
