Position: Tech Lead (Javascript)

Pay rate: 120 - 200 zł/h

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our Engineering Team, take the helm of the project, and communicate with the Client, while also contributing hands‑on to the codebase.

Our collaboration begins with an exciting custom ecommerce project for a German company. Yet, we are seeking individuals who are keen on joining us for the long term, rather than just a single project.

What We Expect From You

• Min. 8 years of commercial experience in software development
• At least 2 years’ experience in leading development teams or projects
• Must have commercial experience working in Next.js
• Must have a good knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• English at min. B2+ level
• Fluent Polish (C1 or native)
• Technical university degree (IT)
• Good communication skills is a must
• Experience in React Native and Supabase is a plus
• Self‑motivation, willingness to learn new things and positive attitude to change
• Teamwork!
