? What we expect from you:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role (Tech Lead / Staff / Principal Engineer).
- Strong background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and large-scale web platforms.
- Proven experience with Node.js / TypeScript and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Deep understanding of system performance, scalability, and reliability principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English C1+, Polish preferred).
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and grow engineering talent in distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (Europe / USA).
- Nice to have:
- Experience in sports, media, or live event technology ecosystems.
- Exposure to real-time data processing or internet-scale systems.
- Consulting background or client-facing delivery experience.
