Are you passionate about building robust backend systems, mentoring engineers, and leading by example? We’re looking for a Tech Lead (Backend) with strong technical expertise and collaborative leadership skills to design, develop, and scale our backend systems. You’ll work hands‑on while guiding a talented team, partnering with Principal Engineers and the Head of Engineering to ensure our platforms meet high standards of performance, reliability, and quality.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience (Java/Spring Boot preferred).
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns and system design.
• Intermediate knowledge of SRE/DevOps practices and tooling.
• A collaborative mindset—someone who seeks consensus and leads through empowerment, not control.
• Ability to document and communicate technical decisions effectively.
• Experience with mentoring, delegation, and balancing autonomy with accountability.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, process automation, and DORA metrics.
