About the project

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Coordinator to oversee and manage IT operations at our production facility in Poland. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the local IT team and local management of the facility, and will act as a representative of the central IT team in the Netherlands. The IT Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, resolve local issues efficiently, and maintain alignment with corporate IT standards and procedures.

Your responsibilities

•Team Coordination

oProvide leadership and guidance to the local IT specialists.

oAllocate and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion.

oAct as the point of contact between the local IT team and the Manager Infra & Services in the Netherlands.

•Stakeholder Engagement

oLiaise with local management to understand and address IT requirements.

oProvide regular updates and feedback to the Manager Infra & Services.

oRepresent IT interests in local management discussions.

•Infrastructure Management

oMaintain and troubleshoot server rooms, hardware, and other IT equipment.

oOversee the replacement and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

oEnsure compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures.

•Operational Support

oAddress and resolve local IT issues promptly.

oSupport end-users with technical assistance and training.

oMonitor and enhance the performance and reliability of IT systems.

•Process Improvement

oIdentify gaps in local IT processes and implement improvements.

oEnsure adherence to IT policies, including security and data protection.

Our requirements

Preferably a degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a coordinating role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user support.
Experience in managing or working closely with IT teams in a production environment is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
Ability to manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
