• Higher Degree, preferably in Economy, Accounting, or Finance,
• At least 2 years of proven experience in leading and managing teams,
• Around 5 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment,
• Strong goal-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and drive results,
• Analytical skills, paired with the ability to think strategically,
• Great communication skills, adaptability, and resilience in a rapidly changing environment,
• Proficiency in English at a business level (C1),
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including its use in corporate environments,
