We are looking for a manager to lead a great team of Software Developers and testers who are creating one of our core products.
responsibilities :
We work in Agile, so we need you to be flexible (also when it comes to the methodology itself) and be able to sometimes go beyond your usual duties. You will play the Scrum Master role for the team, supervise team members, remove obstacles.
You will also help the team to grow, prepare performance reviews and train them. We will expect you to understand product requirements and coordinate project activities – that’s why you need a strong software background (Dev, QA preferred).
requirements-expected :
3-4 years of experience as a leader of a software dev team (preferably in an international organization)
