As the Product Content Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of product content for your team, ensuring the generation and quality assurance of product content. You will lead efforts to tailor content for diverse customer segments, audiences, and channels, always with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and findability.
You will lead a team of 11 professionals and report directly to the Head of Product Content.
The role:
Oversee the team’s delivery of high-quality, timely product content for internal and external use.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, fostering continuous improvement.
Own the supplier product content process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of supplier product content.
Onboard supplier product content in close collaboration with procurement and suppliers.
Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding product content, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Drive the digitalization and scalability of supplier product content processes to lower costs and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance process automation and integration with supplier platforms.
Partner with procurement and suppliers to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous improvement of supplier product content.
Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports and analytics for stakeholders.
Who are you?

A proven track record in execution of projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership skills or willing to develop in this area.
A collaborative mindset, with a talent for supporting and holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on timelines and quality standards.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
An analytical, organized, structured and data-driven approach.
Solid customer orientation attitude.
