Whats the job

Overview

Team Manager in Finance

Support in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, business plans.

Providing ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisions.

Leading various simplification, standardization and optimization projects.

Building relationships across different groups of stakeholders.

Consolidation and presentation of monthly financial reports.

Preparation of reports for the needs of various stakeholders.

Supporting end to end month-end closing process.

Leading and mentoring analyst team.

What youll bring

1. At least a Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Mathematics.
2. CIMA/ACCA qualifications would be a strong advantage.
3. Over 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
4. Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate would be a strong advantage.
5. Previous stakeholder management experience.
6. Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (including attention to detail).
8. Ability to articulate complex financial issues in a concise manner.
9. Great communication and relationship building skills.
10. Strong financial acumen (including understanding of IFRS or local GAAP).
11. Familiarity with planning and accounting tools.
12. Project management skills would be an asset.
13. Strong leadership and management skills.
