  • You will be managing Business Process and System Support team to ensure service delivery of high-quality services, according to agreed KPI’s and support Lundbeck GBS Krakow process and system excellence agenda. Your main goal will be to ensure stable operations, system compliance and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Daily you will be closely collaborating with Global Process Owner and Process Excellence and Transformation Team and will be responsible for managing stakeholders on all levels (up to department VPs and CFO).

  • Business Process and System Support is a team of experts, focused on providing technical expertise in the area of finance and procurement systems globally, covering entire landscape of Finance and Procurement systems (SAP Finance, BPC, VIM, Ariba, Concur). Daily we collaborate with stakeholders from Line of Business, various IT experts and Vendors, ensuring high quality support and communication while adding the value to every step of the process.
  • The position is based in Krakow, Poland.

requirements-expected :


  • 3+ years of managerial experience in managing IT or relevant business support area
  • 5+ years of professional experience within IT support or Finance system support area
  • Working knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations, especially Incident Management (ITIL)
  • Affinity with IT and experience deploying IT solutions or acting as a super user for IT, Finance or Procurement solutions
  • Customer oriented – ability to recognize business needs and translate them into simple, efficient solution
  • Good communication and business partnering skills
  • Mature attitude towards problems and result oriented behavior
