Team Leader RTR with English
Gdansk

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Leader RTR to join our client team in Gdańsk. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing processing, execution, and compliance of month-end activities, including month-end closing, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, balance sheet review, and manual journal vouchers such as accruals and prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliation.
• Supervising team members to enhance efficiency and ensure processes comply with policies and quality standards.
• Coordinating the month-end closing.
• Training and coaching RTR team members.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
• Handling escalations effectively.
• Reviewing monthly performance metrics dashboard.
• Continuously improving processes and fostering cooperation between departments internally and with business partners.
• Managing workload and coordinating holiday planning.
• Conducting internal controls checks.
• Managing a team of 10 people and directly reporting to the Finance Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (min B2).
• Experience in Shared Service Centers (SSC) is highly desirable.
