What we are looking for:

• University Degree, preferably in Finance/ Accounting/ Reporting
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Finance or Reporting Department, acting as Senior Accountant/ Specialist/ Team Leader
• Experience in team management will be an asset
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• SAP Experience
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Customer Orientation
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for smooth & consistent service delivery for all services (cost center accounting, forecasting & budgeting, cost center reporting, airport fees & charges reporting, project accounting, external reporting)
• Leading, motivating and developing Reporting Services & Cost Accounting Team
• Creating Team Spirit based on ambition, taking responsibility and initiative
• Organizing work, monitoring results and keeping the performance on the highest level
• Supporting team members to resolve operational challenges
• Strong cooperation with the customers and other teams
• Ensuring continuous improvement of process design and service quality
• Taking part in various projects
