Main responsibilities
- Manage PtP operations for assigned team on a day-to-day basis to meet the objectives and metrics
- Ensure that quality and operational excellence objectives are fulfilled for the team
- Ensure delivery according to customer and process requirements (SLA)
- Ensure high level of accountancy service for Internal Clients
- Delegating the targets to the team member through regular communication, planning and performance reviews
- Provide operational support to team members
- Ensure consistent and effective communication with the business to foster strong relationships. Handle client communication and manage escalations to maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitor, interpret and report key performance indicators. Present them to internal stakeholders during monthly business review meetings.
- Driving standardization projects in Invoice-to-Pay area
- Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives
- Monitoring the competence development within the team
- Working on employees’ motivation and engagement
Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills and Leadership mindset
- Fluent English (written and oral) required. Communicative French will be an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel) and SAP as well as other accounting tools
- Relevant experience in a Shared Services or similar environment
- Proficiency in PtP accounting field
- Ability to build and maintain professional business contacts
- Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
- Initiating and driving improvements. Experience in project management would be an asset
- Detail-oriented, well organized, flexible and open to changes
