We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - People Operations to join our Clients dynamic BPO. In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment processes, onboarding and developing employees, and enhancing engagement and retention strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within a BPO/SSC/Contact Center environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English (minimum strong B2, preferred C1) – daily interactions with clients and headquarters in the USA, as well as candidate language assessments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
