Team Leader of HR German Services (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of approximately ten employees providing HR services for German locations
- Foster a service-oriented culture and ensure effective capacity planning Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and team development
- Deliver high-quality HR services for German locations, including work/time management, contracts, employee transfers, compensation and reference creation
- Ensure compliance with German employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and social security regulations
- Actively engage in the operational phase to understand processes, including direct involvement in tasks and managing escalations for complex cases
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement HR IT systems and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with German teams, payroll, works councils and HR IT to ensure seamless operations and adherence to standards
- Optimize HR processes, implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and introduce new HR tools
Our requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of German employment law, collective agreements, social security regulations, and HR systems
- Expertise in HR processes and administration, employment law, and stakeholder management
- At least five years of leadership experience, ideally within HR Shared Services
- Proven skills in process optimization and change management
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in international contexts and a high service orientation
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude and flexibility for operational involvement during the ramp-up phase
