We are partnering with a well-established international financial institution to recruit a Team Leader: Middle Office Operations for their growing Warsaw office. Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Middle Office specialists, ensuring effective task allocation and performance management.
• Overseeing trade capture, validation and lifecycle event management across multiple asset classes.
• Managing settlement processes, reconciliations and exception handling.
• Collaborating with Front Office, Back Office, Risk and Compliance to resolve operational issues and support business needs.
• Maintaining robust operational controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Acting as the primary contact for senior stakeholders and global teams, delivering operational updates and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Middle Office Operations within financial services.
• Proven leadershipact with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes and financial instruments.
• Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Fluency in English is essential; Polish language skills are a plus.
