YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the stability of daily operations of the overall material flow (inbound) for finished goods and spare parts
• Organize the delivery of priority shipments to warehouse and monitor the physical customs inspection at dedicated warehouse
• Daily support of team members in any difficulties across the region
• Handle time critical or emergency shipments by creating warehouse unloading plans (daily follow up and escalations if in case of delay)
• Create reports reflecting difficulties at daily operation
• Initiate escalations with Service Providers in case of irregularities on escalation level to regain smooth operation and sustainability
• Organize factory returns in case of quality issues (SAP handling, communication to carrier, communication to business)
• Review of damaged shipments and communication with logistic companies, carriers and forwarders for counter measurements
• Create inbound data for 3rd party suppliers
• Support projects for inbound related topics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Higher education, preferably in logistics or a related field
• Min. 8 years of experience in logistics industry
• Min. 3 years of operational experience in the Team Leader position
• Highly developed managerial and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Customer Orientated
• Hands‑on attitude
• Ability to learn and understand system processes quickly
• Experience with SAP Systems – nice to have
