Job Description
We are looking for an HR Administration Team Leader to manage the HR Administration team PL within the employee administration function, supporting high-quality and customer-focused HR administrative services for Circle K. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team while ensuring HR operational excellence and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
As an HR Administration Team Leader , you will act as the main point of escalation for the team and internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance on day-to-day issues and ensuring the seamless execution of HR administrative processes. You will also play a key role in maintaining compliance with employment legislation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that tasks and processes are well organized, prioritized, and delegated to HR Admin team PL daily, ensuring work is completed within agreed SLAs.
- Oversee monthly data quality controls to ensure the accurate and correct payroll (Data Quality Assurance according to the Payroll calendar).
- Provide support to the HR Admin team PL to ensure that day-to-day tasks are carried out in an organized, timely manner and to monitor work to meet the deadlines.
- Support the delivery of new working methods to improve the effectiveness of processes by taking part in projects and initiatives related to operational HR process improvements as a field expert.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for the team, resolving complex queries and providing advice and guidance to the business, internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members, conducting regular performance reviews, identifying training needs, and supporting professional development.
Qualifications
- University diploma in Psychology, HR Management, Sociology, or another relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll regulations, ZUS, statistic reporting rules, and GDPR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and software, with an aptitude for adopting new technologies - Workday, SAP, ServiceNow will be seen as an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of HR processes.
- Experience in leading different HR projects and initiatives.
- Ability to build relationships with people from all levels in the organization.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language (we work in a global environment).
