What do you have to offer?
- Professional experience in E2E German payroll
- Management experience (project management or management of a team)
- Good English language skills (min. B2 level)
- Good German language skills (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of a payroll system
- Confidence in dealing with customers
- High social and leadership skills
- Personal initiative, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure
- High result and goal orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
