Team Leader Embedded

Our client is looking for Team Leaders experienced in working with C++ and embedded systems.
SALARY:
22 000 – 26 000 PLN gross (mid) contract of employment only
What will do:
- Work in a hybrid model (2x/week from the office, 3x/week from home)
- Lead a team of engineers (scrum based teams)
- Develop applications using C++ ,
- Do performance reviews, goal setting, and participate in salary planning,
What will you need to succeed:
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- More than 5 years of experience as an engineer, and any experience with managing the team/team leading
- Experience with C++
- Ability to work in a scrum team using agile and continuous delivery methodologies
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Experience with embedded programming
- Experience with C++
