Team Leader Działu Tapicerni (K/M)

Obowiązki

• Managing a subordinate team (approximately 30-40 people)
• Planning tasks for individual positions
• Supervising the implementation of the production plan in accordance with quality and quantity requirements
• Meet delivery dates scheduled by Final Assembly and deliver just in time and just in sequence
• Analyzing process data and its results
• Supervising the preparation of materials for production
• Supervising compliance with applicable standards and procedures of the integrated management system
• Initiating and taking actions aimed at increasing productivity and reducing production costs
• Optimizing the use of employee and production workstation time
• Ongoing reporting of shift results
• Technical support in the workshop
• Problem-solving in consultation with the technology office
• Supervising internal training and employee development
• Supervising continuous improvement in the area of occupational health and safety
• Supervising workshop documentation

Wymagania

• Education: minimum secondary technical education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in production, in the upholstery or sewing department
• Experience in people management
• Experience with ERP systems
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge of technical and technological documentation
• Good work organization, independence, punctuality
• Stress resistance and the ability to work under time pressure
