Team Leader Działu Montażu (K/M)

Obowiązki

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the final assembly team. Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Allocate tasks, balance workload, and optimize resource utilization. Train, mentor, and support team members in processes, safety, and quality requirements
• Apply and promote Lean tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with Pre-Production, Engineering, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify and resolve issues related to productivity, material availability, quality, or equipment
• Maintain accurate daily production documentation and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department

Wymagania

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations, including team leadership
• Experience with Lean tools and continuous Improvement
• Technical or engineering background preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Simple preferred)
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, production flow, and quality standards
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is beneficial
• Good command of English
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
