responsibilities :


  • Lead a team, manage day-to-day activities, and set clear team goals.
  • Act as a role model for the team and promote integrity and core values.
  • Recruit and build a highly effective team.
  • Support the development path of team members and provide regular feedback.
  • Recognize good performance and manage low performance.
  • Build solid relationships with other Team Leaders and other parts of the Delivery organization.
  • Manage and fulfill resource requests according to priorities.
  • Communicate, implement, and execute processes and guidelines defined for the company.
  • Define and manage the teams structure.
  • Manage the billability of team members.
  • Ensure the right capacity and competency through staffing and training decisions.
  • Support Account teams in fulfilling customer demand.
  • Engage with Go-to-market and Account teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Cooperate with Site leadership to ensure talent is sourced from adequate locations.

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and managing technical teams of at least 7 people.
  • Preferably experience in professional services companies in the Data & Analytics space and matrix organizational structures.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Understanding of Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • High level of ownership and proactive approach.
  • Experience in financial management of teams/areas.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to excel under time and stress pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Effective in setting expectations and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing medium-sized projects.
  • Good understanding of the business value of analytical solutions to Lingaro customers and factors important for customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of the customers business and how IT contributes to service delivery.
