ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of

Team Leader AP with German

You will be responsible for:

1. Leading an Accounts Payable team of around 15 people
2. Being the Accounts Payable point of contact with key stakeholders
3. Monitoring and developing team performance
4. Analyzing AP processes in place in order to identify points for improvement
5. Leading improvement projects
6. Building and maintaining positive relations with the client
7. Supporting the Client and Team members with ad hoc activities
8. Having experience within a leadership position
9. Exhibiting perfect communication and interpersonal skills
10. Being available for hybrid work (2 days per week from the office in Dabrowa Gornicza)
11. Holding a Masters degree (preferably in the field of finance and accounting)
12. Possessing good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
13. Being fluent in English and German (both at a minimum C1 level)
14. Demonstrating analytical thinking skills
15. Exhibiting high personal culture in dealing with the client
