Our client is a Scandinavian company building its SSC structures in Warsaw.

Your new role

The AR Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and escalation of AR/OtC processes while performing operational tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach, balancing leadership responsibilities with active participation in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute financial tasks related to AR/OtC
• Handle advanced operations
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage internal/external audits
• Oversee reminder reports on overdue payments
• Act as the first level of escalation for AR activities
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with PtP Team and finance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

What youll need to succeed

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related areas.
• Experience in accounts receivable/OtC , accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience in team coordinating.
• Fluent English, additional Scandinavian language or German as an added value.
• Multinational, multi-site operations experience is beneficial.
• Communication and building relationships skills,
