YOUR ROLE

We’re currently looking for a French speaking Workplace Team Lead.

The selected candidate will lead the Workplace Engineers Team within the engagement and ensure that the levels of service meet or exceed service targets/aspirations and clients’ expectations. He/she will contribute to the early identification and escalation of service issues and monitor the quality of the service. He/she will focus on continuous improvement and spot automation opportunities.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for day-to-day team management: planning, performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Act as a promoter: develop career paths in collaboration with team members, responsible for identification, assessment, and alignment of the key competencies required to be successful on the available career paths.

YOUR PROFILE

• Good verbal and written French language skills.
• Avoir La Niaque! Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident with a “can do” attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of workplace services delivered for domains such as Active Directory, messaging, printing, file sharing, packages, and tele-distribution.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a managerial position would be an asset.
• ITIL certificate.
