about-project :
As a Vaillant Group we are developing the IT Site in Katowice and we are planning to build a team of 5 people: Team Lead UI/UX, Senior UX Designer, Senior UI/UX Designer, Senior UI Designer to manage projects for stakeholder, who mainly include Product Owners of digital products in the R&D and Marketing Management sectors, with additional close cooperation with NSCs. The Team Lead UX/UI is primarily responsible for developing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for the entire digital product landscape of the Vaillant Group and for leading, coordinating, and developing the UX/UI team
responsibilities :
Development of user-centered design solutions and further development of design systems
Conducting end-to-end design processes, including user research, user testing, creating user flows, and prototyping
Leading a UX/UI design team, including task distribution and coordination of team projects
Contribution to strategic planning and representation of the team in front of stakeholders
requirements-expected :
Degree in Interaction Design / Communication Design (Bachelor / University of Applied Sciences) or a comparable qualification
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the field of Interaction, UI, and/or UX Design on the agency or client side
Knowledge of methodologies such as Design Thinking, Scrum, Atomic Design, and other design processes
Experience in Design Management
Deep understanding of digital processes, digital prototypes, and digital technologies
Knowledge of research/analysis documentation, project presentations, wireframe and prototype preparation, UX/UI specifications within the design system/style guide, documentation for technical development, workshop preparations, usability test documentation, and decision papers
Proficiency in standard design tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.)
Very high level of English skills (required)
