Responsibilities:

1. Develop new logistics processes and implement them in daily operations.
2. Onboard new service providers in our 3rd-party logistics and enhance our in-house capacities.
3. Play a crucial role in negotiating logistics contracts.
4. Manage day-to-day logistics for our brands “Wir Kaufen Dein Auto” and “Autohero” across the entire German market.
5. Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network.
6. Lead and develop your team members.

Qualifications:

1. Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment.
2. Initial leadership experience.
3. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
4. Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels, particularly in contract negotiations.
5. Ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure.
6. German at C1 level, English at least at B2 level.
