About the team:

As a Team Lead Supply Planning Chassis EU you will be responsible for the execution of material procurement for chassis components and act as a primary point of жосп for international suppliers. Responsibilities

• Responsible SDS material procurement of chassis components
• Manage and monitor daily production planning (PP/DS)
• Create and maintain production orders
• Monitor daily material planning using an alert monitor for shortages and surpluses
• Coordinate with international suppliers to adjust lead times and modify quantities of purchase orders and schedule lines according to supplier capacity
• Send purchase orders and schedule lines (via EDI, SupplyOn, mail, etc.) to suppliers
• Lead an international team in EU across various locations

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• Several years of work experience in a related field, including leadership experience
• Excellent change management and strong collaborative problem‑solving skills
• Key stakeholder management skills
• Strong strategic agility and high influencing skills; ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
• Fluent knowledge of English and German (in speaking & writing)
