We are looking for a Team Lead with management experience to help manage and grow our SSC in Poznan. You will be responsible for a team of C# developers who are working in close cooperation with colleagues from our HQ in Germany.
Tech Stack: .NET 8, EF Core, WPF, Blazor, gitlab, MS SQL, Snowflake
responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in our shared service center
Oversee the delivery of technical services related to C#
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions
Drive operational performance and service excellence within the shared service team
Monitor team performance against defined performance and quality standards
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience in technical leadership or management roles
Strong expertise in C#
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and motivate team members
Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
