Your responsibilities will be:

• recruitand start up new team ofapproximately 20 to 25 procurement specialists,
• participate in procurement process transition from Netherlands to Central Hub Team,
• support trainingsand growth of newly created team,
• support knowledge transfer processand procedures creation,
• establish cooperation with Global Procurement functional lineas wellas main stakeholders under new Target Operating Model,
• leadateam of sourcingand category management professionals, setting standardsand driving excellence,
• manage procurement programs, vendor selection,and contract negotiations for medium-sized categories,
• actasatrusted business partner to internal stakeholders, ensuringalignment with organizational goals,
• developand implement policiesand procedures within yourareaof expertise,
• monitor operational complianceand performance, taking correctiveactions when needed,
• drive engagementandaccountability within your team toachieve business objectives,
• identify opportunities for improvementand innovation in sourcing practices,
• provide strategic directionand communicate the function’s goals inalignment with the broader mission.
