Your responsibilities will be:
- recruitand start up new team ofapproximately 20 to 25 procurement specialists,
- participate in procurement process transition from Netherlands to Central Hub Team,
- support trainingsand growth of newly created team,
- support knowledge transfer processand procedures creation,
- establish cooperation with Global Procurement functional lineas wellas main stakeholders under new Target Operating Model,
- leadateam of sourcingand category management professionals, setting standardsand driving excellence,
- manage procurement programs, vendor selection,and contract negotiations for medium-sized categories,
- actasatrusted business partner to internal stakeholders, ensuringalignment with organizational goals,
- developand implement policiesand procedures within yourareaof expertise,
- monitor operational complianceand performance, taking correctiveactions when needed,
- drive engagementandaccountability within your team toachieve business objectives,
- identify opportunities for improvementand innovation in sourcing practices,
- provide strategic directionand communicate the function’s goals inalignment with the broader mission.
